IT Recruitment Services – Permanent

IT Recruitment – Contract
Structured like our permanent team above, our contracts division has a complete view of the market, 100% of the time. For example one of our development team will be able to give you an exact number of C# developers available and what the market rates are and who else is recruiting in that skill set at any given moment. Our knowledge of our candidate universe means you will invariably see candidates that have worked for or through Simon James I.T previously and rely solely on us to find their next assignment. We are very quick at finding the right people within budget for immediate contract requirements.
Executive Search and Selection
This part of our business is driven purely by research and referrals. Engaging our search team will involve an in-depth brief taking and targeting process, they will then pro-actively approach the market on your behalf on a head-hunt basis.
Simon James I.T also has in-depth experience of running national advertising campaigns in the broadsheet appointments sections and the various trade press for clients; again we are trained in competency based interviewing techniques and will provide a shortlist of qualified candidates on time and within budget.
