Brief Profile With fifteen years industry experience Jamie set up Simon James IT in 2006; driving the business from a small boutique agency to year on year growth. He still remains a hands on, day to day part of the team, as well as recently being involved in setting up the consultancy arm of Simon James. SJ Infrastructure & Technology 2012 objective will be to drive the opening of the US and Swiss offices.

Brief Profile Graham heads up the Talent Acquisition Team at Simon James IT, managing the end to end delivery for our key clients, taking responsibility for all preferred supplier recruitment, from large scale, multiple headcount projects, to head hunting for niche skill sets and senior level roles. Graham is a real technology enthusiast; keeping up to date on new tools and trends. He has been a successful consultant within both internal and agency IT recruitment; managing key accounts like Accenture, Honda, Yell.com, Shazam Entertainment and BskyB. His technical knowledge allows him to understand complex roles, build strong relationships with technical line managers and offer advice to candidates and clients. Graham also runs the online profile for Simon James IT including social media, this website and a number of technology focussed groups.

David West

Brief Profile David heads up the Contract's team for Simon James IT focusing on providing high level recruitment solutions to business partners. He is an expert in building and creating new working relationships across all areas of the technical IT spectrum. He prides himself on relationship management; taking the time to understand his business partners needs and provides the full consultancy service, dealing with challenges and taking ideas to the next level.

Julian's invaluable experience as a Business Developer and technical recruiter is of the highest value; to SJIT and to our clients as well.
